The Cardinal Restaurant

Had an amazing dinner at Cut and Pour Monday night! They definitely have the best Caesar salad in town. The shrimp cocktail was fresh and delicious. Our steaks were cooked and seasoned perfectly and the truffle fries and asparagus with béarnaise were so good! But without a doubt the blueberry cobbler in a jar was the favorite of the night! I will definitely be back… A lot!

FYI--I have no dine-in experience here. My husband and I are Chicago natives and had heard that Cut & Pour had a Chicago style thin crust pizza on the menu and decided to order take out. I know Cut & Pour is far from a pizza place, but we were both very happy with the pizza! The thin crust was nice and crunchy without being burnt, their blend of cheese was noticeably fancier than plain old mozzarella. The sauce was nice and sweet. It was a great way to elevate our usual pizza and a movie night. It's no replacement for Chicago's thin crust, but it's the best I've had in Wilmington. and we will definitely be ordering again. We also look forward to dining in and trying the rest of the menu soon.

We have been numerous times now. Like any new restaurant, especially in this climate, they are still adjusting. That being said the steak was very tender and cooked perfectly to order. The lamb pops are a real treat. The pizza is spot on! We we be returning!

It’s really sad to see such negative reviews for such trivial reasons . Pay attention to the world ! Finding employees is a real struggle right now ! To open a restaurant during these times is risky and brave . I think this place is off to a wonderful start . We had such a pleasant experience here ! The server was busy but wonderful. Andrew was extremely polite and informative. The food literally melted in my mouth . I think this place will do well and I personally will do what I can to help them . Don’t be in a rush , but be ready to relax and have a great meal .

I’m impressed with the food everything was great! Music could be louder because there’s a lot talk that we can’t hear the music. Andrew was amazing he made sure we were happy. I have one complaint, the drink took forever to come. Other than that all was great! Clean bathroom nice menu nice staff and I’ll be a regular at this place!!
