    The food was good, but it seemed the employees were having some issues amongst themselves: Quite a few audible comments between workers, in full earshot of customers. And some forks and knives in the racks would have been nice. On our visit, there were four canisters filled with spoons.

    EDIT: Bumping up to 3 stars. Things have gotten better but service still is hit or miss and the fries are still a touch stale usually.

    I love Bojangles food but this particular location consistently has absolutely awful service. Long lines, poor attitudes, and over half the employees stand around doing nothing. Take the extra time and go to the market St location.

    So customer service was great, very friendly. Got home and realized my biscuits were missing, no problem. I called right away and they said they would have them ready for me and I wouldn't even have to come back inside I could just go to the drive thru. Good thing I live close by.
