Brunch Thyme

I'm from Michigan and was hoping to find a breakfast spot like back home and I found one Brunch Time hands down best breakfast in Wilmington. P.S I have never left a restaurant review until now. Appreciate Y'all Keep Cooking it Up.

I have had the shrimp and Salmon with grits twice, both times phenomenal. The only con is it’s very tiny in the inside and of course the food is good so it gets crowded, using Google to order and just walk in and out is top tier! I HIGHLY recommend.

This is the best breakfast/brunch place probably in North Carolina. I ordered the chicken and waffle with the champagne strawberries and I'm utterly blown away. The chicken? 💯 the waffle? 💯 the strawberries? 💯 My husband got the shrimp and grits and he was also floored by how much flavor there was and the fried shrimp was breaded perfectly. Overall the portion size were perfect, the food came out quickly, and it tasted amazing. The price point for each meal is also reasonable. We ate our food too quickly to take a picture but I will next time.

It's brunch time downtown. This is a black owned new delicious option. I enjoyed the not so classic shrimp and grits. They have kicked it up a notch. You will not be disappointed. This will be my new breakfast options. Several locals I met have already made it their neighborhood go-to.

Marked my calendar to hit this sweet place as soon as it opened! Food was unique and tasty. The chicken in my chicken biscuit was HUGE - no skimping on the protein portions❤️. Potatoes were cooked just right - crisp outside with soft inside and the biscuit tasted like Grandma's. And the steak eggroll... YUM does not cover it. All priced reasonably and served with smiles all around. Highly recommend - location is on point as well!!
