Fresh Crackers Needed... Luv Chick-fil-A but tonight the crackers (all of them...4 packets received) were stale. Soup just not the same without them.

Very nice servers. They forget to put an item in my to go order. When I went back they were very nice and gave me a coupon. Ali is the best server in the morning. Love to see her smile! *EDIT* It's been 2 yrs since the last review. The service in the morning has really been not so great lately. This month alone 3THREE3 times my order has been messed up! Mornings are stressful, I get it. But my morning is stressed as well and becomes more so when I can't get a simple CHICKEN SCRAMBLE BOWL! Third time y'all! And yes Brenda or Barbara, whoever is judging the most right now, I check my bags unless one of you is right on my bumper dying to get to your sausage biscuit. God's sake Brenda! It's a chicken restaurant, order chicken.

Good is great but always packed. This time it wasn't lunch. However I was so glad I parked and went in to get my order. It didn't take long. They took my name but before I could get to end of couner to walk around to pick up area my order was ready.

CHICK FIL A is a great fast food chain that has a great simple menu.
The chicken is always quite tasty and waffle fries are addicting.
They have a great staff and are always fast friendly and efficient.
They have incredible delicious shakes and lemonade.
They have a great kids menu and a playground indoors for the kids.
Also if you're in a hurry you can use the drive up window. This is located on Market street as you are heading into don't Wilmington, about 4 miles from downtown.

Splendid restaurant experience. Fast service, kind and attentive employees, delicious food and clean restrooms! I'm not sure how it could get any better
