    Service was fast! Ordered a caramel iced latte and the caramel drizzle on top of the whipped cream was missing ???? I went through the drive up and the speaker was clear and cashier took order quickly!

    Their iced coffee is always good, but every single time I get a donut, its upside down in the bag as if someone tossed it in there. The frosting always falls off when i pick it up and it's just a mess caused by lack of courtesy and simply customer service. I've experienced a few times where I'll order a breakfast sandwich and they'll put it on the a croissant when I asked for a bagel. It seriously cant be that hard working a drive through window. Take 3 extra seconds to please a paying customer. An upside down donut isnt nearly enough to ruin my day but I do look forward to treating myself Friday mornings and when employees fail to do the simplest of tasks like placing a donut in a bag right side up....its disappointing.

    Since the new manager has taken over. (Beautiful light skin African american girl) service is quick and staff is 100% better. Thank you for such wonder service.
