Ellipsis, with its ever-changing concepts, mesmerized me with its themed night dedicated to Chinese takeout.

The ambiance, adorned with subtle nods to Chinese culture, set the perfect stage for the culinary journey ahead.

Each dish was a delightful fusion of traditional flavors and contemporary flair. My favorite was the Wagyu potstickers with ginger sauce! The crafted cocktails complemented the bold flavors and were selected per the theme of the evening which I just loved. All things considered it was a very delicious meal that left me craving for more.

With exceptional service and exquisite cuisine, Ellipsis offers a culinary adventure that promises to tantalize the senses and leave a lasting impression.

I'm a fan of True Blue so I figured I would check out Ellipsis. Service was phenomenal. The space is smaller but definitely not cramped. Great decor and the music during the jazz brunch wasn't too loud. The food was neutral/good. Not bad, but not anything to write home about. Simple mistakes on the plate e.g. over-salting or overcooking proteins. I'm willing to come back once more and see if a culinary event on a different day is any better food-wise.
