Fun Bowl

My co-workers and I wanted to get lunch downtown close to work. We haven't tried here yet but was a little nervous how you would transport soup to-go. They put the fixings in one container and broth in another. The prices are decent between $9-$18 depending on if you add items to your ramen bowl or poke bowl. I got the lunch special for my first time and it was delicious!! A cold noodle chicken salad bowl for only $9!! There wasn't much flavor but luckily I got a side of spicy mayo and it took it to the next level. I was pleasantly surprised in the many options they have. You can also make any poke bowl with brown rice, sushi rice or salad. My co-workers loved their soups, minus the flavor. We all had to add to our dishes to give it flavor. But all in all I look forward to trying their ahi bowl next.

I've never actually dined in here, only ordered takeout.. and I must say, it has been fantastic on every experience. Order is always ready within 15 min, and the way the package their takeout is awesome. The broth is kept seperate from everything else and they give you a nice plastic spoon to slurp up that broth and chopsticks for everything else. SO FLAVORFUL!

The atmosphere is really nice and calm. The staff is friendly and helpful. I had the spicy misogyny ramen with pork belly and I enjoyed it from start to finish. I had a wonderful experience and will definitely be going back soon.

My friend and I ordered two different ramen bowls and both were fantastic. The made in house noodles were a real treat, the broths were hearty and robust, the veg was fresh and nicely presented, the eggs were perfectly soft boiled and the meats were tender.

I'm confused by all the one star reviews as this place is brand spanking new and still working out some of the kinks. We walked in, grabbed menus and sat down. After 5 minutes we put two and two together and realized you ordered at the front counter. It would have been nice if the girl working had mentioned that but she was cleaning tables so not the end of the world. After we ordered the bowls we were served within 10 minutes. Quite fast considering it was a full house. The complaints about having to bus your own table is laughable. Who cares! You are walking out the front door, the drop off station is right there. Have we become that lazy and entitled as a people that something as simple as putting your used bowl in the dirty dish container is outlandish? The eating areas and drink station were all clean.

Condiments at the table would be a welcomed addition.

This is not yet a replacement for Tokyo Deli but I believe in you Fun Bowl. You have the potential of becoming a Wilmington establishment.

The food is delicious!!! The service on the other hand is insanely slow. We waited 37 minutes for our order and there were five people other than us in the restaurant. The staff is very polite and the cashier/server did the best he could, but the kitchen staff needs to pick it up. Ridiculous wait time for ramen of all things.
