Never had a bad experience at a JJ. The bread is always so fresh and tasty, as well as the rest of their ingredients. I got the bigger Italian sub, the mayo on it made the sandwich creamy and absolutely perfect. Already thinking about coming back for lunch again.

I usually have no problems with this location. They used to be very fast and reliable. However, I ordered from them today and it took near 40 minutes for me to receive my order, and the location is only half a mile away. Not to mention, the girl that delivered my food who I’m assuming is new, was incredibly rude to me. She called and said she was there with my order and I asked if she wasn’t able to get through the apartment door, and she responded “no” in a very nasty tone. When she gave me my food she was glaring at me and ignored me when I said thank you and even ROLLED HER EYES as she left. Everyone else who has delivered my food has always been very kind. I was genuinely afraid this chick might have spit in my food. Really not impressed with her service. If she worked for me, she’d be fired immediately.
