    I've been to this location about six times and every single time has been a pleasure to eat there. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. The food is delicious. The location it's perfect because it doesn't matter where you are it's so easy to get to. if you're out and about doing some shopping or walking along the river Jimmy John's is the perfect spot to get either a snack or a meal.

    One of the best meals you can get on the cheap in downtown ILM. Friendly staff. Freaky fast.

    Have only ever gotten delivery from this location. They always get my order right and get to my house really fast. Delivery people are always super nice.

    I recently had a bad review but am actually changing it. Since then most of the staff has changed and the company was actually bought out on a corporate level (although this and most locations are privately owned). The menu and general policies and such have been revamped and it is a way better place. Wes was awesome to talk to and gave outstanding customer service. Would recommend to friends!
