KGB ILM

Had a chance while staying in town to check this place out on a whim while walking downtown. It’s a unique eclectic option to have a few drinks with a friends and sit back and relax. Great selection of brews on tap and great service from the staff. Plenty of little spots to sit outside or inside to chill out with good jams and conversation. Water features add a little bit of fun and class and greenery help make this a legit place. Worth stopping in saying hello and getting your drink on with friends. Cheers!!

Took the Mrs. out for some cocktails & to get out of the house for a couple of hours. After parking nearby, we stopped in to experience the "Cold War Era"-themed, KGB for a drink. Being that this place screams Mother Russia, of course I'm going to order a Moscow Mule. In this case...the KGB Mule.

DRINK: KGB Mule. This thing had some bite to it...I liked it. The fresh sprig of mint gave this a nice, cool sensation after each drink. I'm unfamiliar with Russian Standard Vodka, which appears to be what is used in this drink but it kicks. The ginger beer must have been something other than Goslings. It presented a strong ginger presence in the overall taste of the drink. I have had a few variations of the Moscow Mule & just prefer Goslings Ginger Beer as my top off. But still...good value & taste for a hand-crafted house drink that fits the culture & will have you feeling it shortly after consumption. SCORE: 4.3 STARS!!

SERVICE: Thoroughly enjoyed the bartenders personalities, their professionalism, willingness to make you feel welcome & their overall speed. I'll be back to maybe strike up more of a conversation & ask my guy with the large beard, some questions & tips about his beardcare regiment. Lol. Nice work guys. SCORE: 5 STARS!!

OVERALL: If you want to temporarily feel as if you traveled back in time to the Soviet Union in the 80's, & maybe fear you've become an enemy of the state under the Reagan administration....but still enjoy top-notch service & a kickass drink, stop by KGB. Cool spot. SCORE: 4.6 STARS

Great spot to.have a beer or cocktail. Quaint atmosphere will invite you to have a seat and stay awhile. There are big booths for groups, billiard table, darts( the dart board is ready for grave) and a very cool.spacious outdoor area with plenty of seating. The bartender was super personable and attentive and easy on the eyes ; ) and that always a good.thing. Check them out. Definitely worth the visit!

Specular place with great drinks and fascinating atmosphere.

I love the fact that it was away from the main streets of downtown, and drawn in a more mature crowd of people.

The drinks are fantastic!

Came to visit from Texas and went bar hopping with my wife. Told the bar tender to surprise me with a drink and loved it! Pricing is comparable to other bars in the area. Good music, killer aesthetic, fantastic staff, and amazing drinks.

I reccomend to EVERYONE.
