Michael's on the Waterfront

A few of my girlfriends and I had dinner here last week. It was pouring out and we were originally supposed to eat on the patio but they moved us indoors without hesitation. It was a Thursday night so it was quite empty in the dining room, which was absolutely fine with us. Our waitress was wonderful, very friendly and helpful. We ordered a few appetizers and some drinks (My friends said the guava margaritas were fantastic). When we ordered our dinners, we asked for some substitutions and we were told it wouldn’t be a problem. We were relieved about that. The food came out in a timely manner and it was DELICIOUS. Everything we ordered was amazing. We had not one complaint. We even ordered dessert, which was decadent and so unbelievably yummy. Since it was slow that night, the chef came to our table to see how we liked everything. He was such a sweet man, we had a wonderful chat with him. I will DEFINITELY be coming back to dine here, and will absolutely send all of my friends (and strangers) to eat here! 10/10 service, food and atmosphere

Amazing service from the moment we walked in the door until the moment we walked out. And the food was amazing. Our server did an amazing job! Would highly recommend and look forward to a return trip!

My husband and I split a salad and entree and both were delicious! Great service and excellent food. Would definitely eat here again. Took a nice walk in the boardwalk after dinner as well. Great experience.

Had an amazing experience the bartender Shayna made me laugh the entire time. And Frankie the manager is absolutely a delight to talk to. If you’re look for a good local experience this is the place!!! Not to mention the large menu and huge selection of draft! If you’re in town definitely visit!

Love the vibe here! Michael’s is the perfect venue for this space. You can enjoy a beautiful Wilmington sunset and watch your favorite sports on tv all while eating delicious food. There is something for everyone on the menu, including great appetizers and “bar food”; but if you’re feeling fancier, bring your date or family and eat a tasty entree and dessert.
