Trendy German restaurant in downtown Wilmington has a great atmosphere; music wasn’t too loud so you could hear eachother talk, place was clean (including bathrooms) and it wasn’t overcrowded. The service was super and the wait time for food on a Saturday evening was very decent. The food was unique and tasted great! They have vegetarian options too that were full of good flavors. The prices were really decent too so you could actually get dinner and a dessert! I would absolutely go here again.
Our family and large party had such a wonderful meal here. The service was great and our server Lukas was very attentive. The food was amazing we were all sharing and passing around our plates saying “try this! Try this!” I didn’t get many photos because the food was too good it didn’t last long. The drinks were good and the Hugo drink was a hit. We have been waiting for a good German restaurant and this is it! We ordered the pork schnitzel, potato cakes, pretzel, beef stroganoff and chicken papikash. All wonderful!!!
We ate at Prost yesterday afternoon and were very pleased with our whole experience. Hailey took great care of us and was able to offer suggestions on the menu. I even let her make my decision on my lunch as I couldn’t decide. We started with the pretzels and OMG, delicious. My husband loved the bratwurst on a pretzel bun and my smash burger was outrageous. We definitely will be back to try the entrees, and Hailey said the strudel is a must try!! Thanks for a delicious meal!!
This is a really cool spot. Pretty. Awesome service. Our dude was very knowledgeable about the drinks.
Food was great. We had the sausage plate, brussel sprouts and a pretzel. The pretzel was probably the best pretzel I've ever eaten. Crispy on the outside, soft in the middle.
Brussel sprouts were crispy and had a great dressing on them.
Highly recommend this place.
The service was great! The food was delicious. We ordered the potato pancakes, which were just ok, I am biased to my grandmother's..felt like maybe they just needed a little salt. We ordered the sausage trio, which was by far my favorite, and I would order as an entree. All three sausages were amazing, and the spicy mustard was perfect. It's really delicious. The Brussels with bacon were excellent . Ordered the beef stroganoff, which was good, but I look forward to trying more of the entrees. I probably would not order it again. Love the atmosphere and staff were great.
