(July 17, 2019, 8:57 pm)Writing this review took four years in the making. I’ll never forget the first time I went to Winnie‘s Tavern. Four years later, and it still the greatest damn thing to ever reach my taste buds. It stands alone as the best burger in Wilmington and there is really no contest. From the dive atmosphere, to the Cajun fries, to that delicious barbecue bacon cheeseburger with caramelized onions, this is a place any burger lover HAS to try out.

(July 5, 2019, 6:08 am)Amazing food! Quick service. I had the Impossible Burger, it was awesome. We sat outside, the inside was a sort of loud dive bar atmosphere, cool for a drink, but I was ready to murder a burger free from judgement. Dogs are allowed outside if you follow common sense rules. Most definitely will be back. Fries and onion rings were on point as well.

(July 4, 2019, 1:10 pm)Searched online for the best burger in town and several people referenced Winnie's so we thought we'd give it a try. All I can say is that it's one of the best burgers I've had in years and would definitely look them up the next time we're in town.
