“Went on a Sunday night, not busy at all. Seated outside right away & had a very simple order-just plain cheese pizza. Waited extremely long with no update until right before it was delivered. Server was very nice & apologized that kitchen had lost our ticket. We were upgraded to a large pizza at no charge. Pizza was average tasting and only 3 stars b/c as we chose to sit outside, we’re very disappointed during long wait to notice many cockroach type bugs scurrying around on railings & floor. Kinda turned us off to eating but I suppose a hazard due to location?”

“Notes: Cash only, ~$3 per hot dog, parking can be sparse and you'll need quarters (25 cents per 5 minutes) to feed the meters. Those notes aside, this little shop is adorable and worth the quarters. I moved out of NC and love their North Carolina dog (a take on the classic chili and slaw combo using deli mustard) but can't rightly plug their Chicago dog, having moved to Chicago (it could be delicious, but it's just not a classic Chicago dog). If you're looking for a cheap lunch on the island or just want a really good hot dog, they offer exactly what you're looking for. They offer regular (Trolly) hot dogs, beef dogs, and veggie dogs (if I remember correctly). They then offer a selection of toppings for them, which I must mention the North Carolina and Surfer topping sets as highlights. You then receive your tasty dog as ordered, with an offering of lemonade (should you desire), and outdoor seating (if you're lucky!) or your cozy car running on it's timer. It's just plain old good. It reminds me of discovering hot dog joints run the same way when I moved to Chicago, but with my home-state flair in my favorite place to vacation. Oh! And they're open SUPER LATE! Bonus points from me for that, since now I can grab a late night snack on my vacations (no dieting allowed on vacation, right?).”

“I was there at 8:30 PM. My server did not check on me at all, after I got my food. She seemed disinterested, and it was not busy at all. That was a sharp contrast from the table behind me, that had a parade of people checking on them, including someone from the kitchen (a manager?) Twice, I had to ask another server to get her. My chicken fajita was just okay, because the sliced chicken was cold, and put atop sizzling onions. I know it was 8:30 PM, but the chicken should have been heated through, but since my server never checked, I could not say anything. The chips and salsa were great, and the sides were great.”

“I love this place. To the people complaining that it is not kid friendly...it is a bar. Bars are for adults. I do not find this place loud for that very reason (it is only loud if you go past 1030pm). This is not an upscale place, so if you are looking for that, you will not find it here. What you will find is abundance of options such as wings, burgers, dip, and more. This place seriously has the BEST Turkey burger I have ever eaten. I will take it over a regular burger any day. It is absolutely amazing. Their chicken tenders and fries are pretty great as well. Normally don't get an appetizer but tried the buffalo dip once and it was pretty good. Also, since this is not a fancy restaurant, I do not expect top notch service. This is a great place for students to hang out and chill. I appreciate this place for being good and affordable food throughout my college years. It is super close to campus.”
