    First trip to Chipotle in Jacksonville it was wonderful. Food was good service was fast.

    The staff here is always very upbeat and friendly I work for a food delivery service and I have never been to any of the other restaurants that are continuously so fast to get deliveries in and out. They work fast and handle nonstop large crowds very well and are very kind to the delivery drivers. Us drivers really really appreciate that.

    Some days the food and service is great. Other days the food is made poorly(food doesn't taste right, stale chips, wraps fall apart or soggy from all the exess liquid, not ready on time). I wouldn't eat there everyday unless something changes.

    Most of my visits have been very well. This particular time however there was no ice in the soda machine. And there was an abundance of staff but noone taking the initiative to clean the dining area.
