Empire Pizza

To start, Empire Pizza was a rockstar in allowing us to place our order at about 9:35pm and still deliver out to us in Richlands! This was our first time ordering and we will definitely give the business another go. Our order was estimated to be delivered at 10:45 and it arrived shortly after 10! Taking into account the drive, my order was everything I expected it to be. I was just happy the food was warm and yummy. Just wish we experienced it super fresh.

I have LOVED every experience with empire! Everything has been amazingly delicious! The only negative I have is that after I enrolled in their system, with promise of a free order of cheese sticks, they never came. I can no longer check out as a guest because my device was enrolled in this system with no reward as promised. This is either here nor there! I love empire and will continue to order for a long time to come! If it wasnt for said issue it would be a 5 star review!

Received a menu in the mail. Decided to give a try. Ordered for home delivery. Food was fantastic. We ordered a variety of items We can’t say enough about how delicious it was on top of the spectacular service from the time we called our order in and spoke with Jeremiah to the delivery driver which unfortunately I didn’t get his name but he was absolutely awesome!!!!! We could never imagine that a place like this would exist in Jacksonville and we’re SO happy is does. We’re hooked!! Love Empire Pizza!! It felt like being back in New York City or Boston absolutely awesome. We also had a special request that the driver call us upon arrival due to having a combat wounded marine here we prefer that no one knocks on the door to cause the dogs to bark or startle him and they were so compassionate and understanding and the driver called us right when he pulled up so I could meet them outside- that is going above and beyond and we are very grateful

The food is good! First place to make pasta anywhere close to Pasta from NY. Delivery is quick. Giving 4 stars because the website SUCKS! It doesn’t scroll correctly and if you accidentally refresh the page it erases anything in your cart. It took me a good 10 minutes to get through the process.

Shout out to empire pizza. My husbands and I first experience was phenomenal. The employees were very friendly, helpful, and the atmosphere was cool and relaxing. The food was beyond delicious the taste was mouthwatering, the temperature was perfect, and the texture was on point. I’d recommend anyone to empire it was signed sealed and delivered for us! ❤️
