    I absolutely love the employees, they were very nice and helpful. The place was spotless and the food is amazing. Hands down one of the best places in Jacksonville. Also, the decor and overall asthetic was very pleasing.

    Food is fantastic. The kitchen looked clean from the lobby. Facilities were alright considering its Jacksonville. Highly recommend the smokehouse on wheat!

    This place was great all around. The food and the service were on point. The store itself was clean, including the rest room.

    So I personally think Firehouse has the best subs to begin with, but the customer service here it pretty dope too. I had trouble finding my wallet and was already having a rough day and they gave me my order on the house! Never had that happen before. Nicest thing any restaurant has done for me since I moved to Jacksonville.
