    The last 2 times I went here it took a long time to be assisted. I had ordered to go food both times. I had to stand at the counter for 10 or more minutes before someone came. The customer service could be better. They have great food though.

    The servers were good, very nice. But it looks like they don't have enough people working to be able to keep up with orders. Food was mostly cold by the time I got it, and my dad's pancakes were burnt on one side and were hard. He couldn't even really cut through it. I always love going to ihop but this one has gradually been getting worse and worse.

    Service was good, food good. There was a gentleman veteran sitting at another table all alone, so we paid for his breakfast and thanked him for his service. Was a beautiful morning.
