Jersey Mike's Subs

My first time eating here and it was great!! The food was good, and the customer service was great! I'll be back.

First of all I go to that Jersey Mike's all the time. This time when I went in, there was a new girl building the sandwiches. Mariah was the manager, and some tall bald guy. I don't know who this new girl was but she just didn't want to listen. Either she's having a hard time hearing, Maybe the music was too loud. I had to repeat myself several times. And at the end when she find out that I wasn't too satisfied but I accepted the sandwich anyways she was a little short with me. So I think I'm going to back off going to Jersey Mike's for a while. Have a nice day.

Friendly, fast service. I ordered the Giant Club Sub. Loaded with turkey, ham and bacon. Very good.

First time going to a Jersey Mike’s. I have to give this location 5 stars because I was highly satisfied with the customer service. My daughter has a gluten allergy and it is hard for us to find take out food for her to eat. The fact that they offer gluten free sandwich buns and gluten free cookies is amazing. But there staff went above and beyond on every part of our visit. They wiped everything down, washed their hands, changed there gloves used new utensils. All to ensure that my daughter had no gluten contact. To me that made a huge difference. I greatly appreciate them taking the time to accommodate our family’s need. Thank you to the staff that helped us.
