Lejeune Poke Ramen Noodle House

I picked “special pho” and it so delicious, a lot of meat, and beef broth is perfect

We recently tried this new restaurant and had a mixed experience. We parked in the side lot and entered the side door which wasn't very welcoming and didn't clearly direct us to the main entrance. The outside had a noticeable fishy smell, which was a bit off-putting.

The staff were friendly and answered all our questions about the menu. However, the food came out at different times, and we noticed other tables had the same issue. The drink selection was limited, with most people opting for bottled water (I’m hoping they have a drink machine besides canned drinks). On the plus side, they do offer a 15% military discount, which is appreciated.

We ordered the P1. Lejeune Pho Combo and my wife had the C9. Shoyu Tonkatsu (without broccoli) along with the fried Gyoza. Overall, the experience was okay, but there are definitely areas that need improvement. The ramen noodles were undercooked and a bit tough, suggesting they were prepackaged. The broth was decent for what we ordered. The pho had a surprisingly small amount of bean sprouts considering the amount of broth and the size of the bowl. The pho broth itself was average and didn't stand out much without the usual add-ins.

Overall, it's an okay spot, but there's room for improvement. We will be coming back at a later date hopefully leaving us wanting to come back.

Gave them a visit yesterday. It was really good. It’s pretty much 2 restaurants in one location. Really nice concept. I will definitely go back and try more things from their menu. Got a Large Poke Bowl and it was really good.

I got poke bowl which is fresh, delicious, and it definitely made me full. I also love how customizable the poke bowl is. The staff is super friendly and atmosphere is very clean. I love their spring roll too full flavor, homemade, and they don't skimp filling. Definitely coming back!
