Sleep Inn & Suites

This hotel is on par with most hotels in the area. The carpet in the hallway on some floors are a little dingy and gave it a kind of run down look. For a two star hotel , its average. The rooms were perfectly fine but if I had to choose a hotel in Jacksonville this one ,unfortunately, wouldnt be my first choice.

My favorite Hotel. It's like home away from home. Nice clean rooms, clean pool and grounds . All staff are exceptionally friendly and make you feel so at home. Their breakfast are wonderful also.

A wonderful hotel. I was kinda disappointed that they were always out of coffee at 9 am both mornings we were there..seems like an hour before breakfast ends they don't ever refill the food so your left with the scraps to eat. Amy checked us in and she was a sweet girl. Two younger girls on the desk must be new they didn't have answers to you questions.
But its a hotel to stay at. It is in a wonderful spot in Jacksonville easy in easy out. My only suggestion is change the filters in the a c units so the rooms don't smell so musty and train the young lady doing breakfast a little better...great customer service will always bring guests back.

Sleep Inn was an amazing stay! We were in search of a hotel the night before our reservation & the staff made sure we had a place to stay! We never had any issues, the room was clean & the front desk gave us everything we needed, quickly too! The GM Elena kept us smiling and laughing while saying her hellos at a TASTY morning breakfast...her coming and saying hey really made it feel like home. Will recommend and will stay again!
