    This was my first time at smoothie King and Kabrina (I believe her name was) was really nice and polite! She recommended the Hulk smoothie and explained it well to me, really enjoyed it! Will be coming back!!

    3 stars because the smoothies are always delicious and employees are nice, BUT I knocked off 2 stars because a year ago I would use my smoothie app and scan it every time I bought smoothies and my points would pop up in minutes, but the last 3 times I've been there I've spent $16 EACH TIME and used my app to get the points but they no longer show up! I honestly think the employees scan their personal app to get MY point bc I no longer get mine like I used to. I asked them what was up with my points not showing up (because I should have gotten a reward by now) and they said "it'll show up in a few hours" and of course they never did! Make sure your employees aren't taking advantage of the app and points system and taking it away from your customers !!!

    Very nice employees. Only one window open on a busy Friday afternoon. Smoothie was tasty.
