We just now left the drive-through I had to write away write a review because the staff was so impressive here not just the management but also the employees so nice attentive prompt I would definitely go out of my way to return to this location over others just because the staff was so great

I cant get enough of their food! I've been going to taco bell 3 times a day for about a week now. That being said, I love the $5 boxes but sometimes I dont want the burrito that comes with it and the fact that it comes in every box and I cant substitute it for sometimes else doesnt make me happy. If I could at least change it for another burrito, I'd be fine! But that just bothers me.

It was fine. Food arrived quickly and it was delicious. However, the floors were messy. With chips, and crumbs on the floor. We also had to wipe down our own table with some water and a napkin.

I ordered a taco box and this watermelon freeze with candy seeds catches my eye and for a moment, I feel like a kid...until I get it! Why are my candy seeds at the bottom when the picture makes it look like they froze a watermelon and then scooped it out into the cup. Tacos were on point though, filled to the top. If candy seeds not being mixed in is my only complaint I'd recommend this location, just ask them to mix the seeds in.

Hey all. I want to give a big thumbs up to this place. It’s the only Taco Bell I will go to in Jacksonville, NC because it’s worth the drive. The customer service is wonderful and the very few times a mistake has been made in my order they are not only quick to remedy it but they are apologetic. Most times they will also give you something extra for your troubles. I know most of them there and they are genuine. So when they talk to you they mean it. If they take the time to chit chat with you it’s because they actually care about you. In my opinion the service is top notch. The only complaint I have if it’s any is the fact that no Taco Bell is able to find a way for the tacos to not stick to the paper and I wish they would fill the taco salads to the top. But I’m not really complaining about that either because the food is prepped well and tastes fresh which is very important to me. I give this place 2 thumbs up and I ring of the bell! Keep up the good work guys and I’ll see you tomorrow!
