Zocalo Street Food and Tequila

Would've given 10 stars, but you know how that goes. Food is SMACK! The appearance of the food tastes exactly as it looks, amazing. Service is excellent too. 10/10 will be back again.

The food was amazing, will definitely be back. Only giving 4 stars because our server knew nothing about the food or alcoholic beverages. We'd ask her a simple question and she would have to go ask her manager. But, again, I will come back for the food!

My girlfriend and I were in search of somewhere different to eat in Jacksonville. Despite some of the reviews, we decided to give Zocalo a try.
First Impression: Outside and inside of the restaurant are upscale down to the menus...Beautiful! Staff was accommodating and honest.
Food and Drinks: Starting with the chips and salsa was different, but tasted amazing. We ordered a little bit of everything. Presentation was unlike any Mexican restaurant we’ve ever been to. Everything was absolutely delicious!! The drinks (like another poster mentioned) were a little on the weak side, but we told our waitress and they remedied that on the spot!
Final Impression: We definitely found a new go-to spot for great food. Do not go there expecting the usual Mexican cuisine because that’s not what this place is about. It is Mexican with a twist and it’s a winner. ***** Stars!
