“I got a LG Hawaiian Pizza and got a free Cheese Pizza. Well when I opened my pizza (to make sure they were correct) they both looked super good and cheesy, but kind of the same. I went back inside to make sure my pizza hadn’t been confused.. well the very friendly cashier told me that they topped the pizza with more cheese and the reason why i couldn’t see any meat or pineapples was because they were under the cheese. I was a little doubtful, but hey they looked great. I got home and took a bite of the pizza in the Hawaiian box, well that was the cheese pizza. Not thinking something big about it I just reached in the other box and grabbed a slice, I finished both slices yes one had meat.... I asked my wife and it was the same for her slices... just meat lol I opened the rest of the pizza and guess what??? Yup you guessed it... No Pineapples ????”

“I went in and the store was very clean. The racks that held the mayo jars and such were incredibly clean and shined. The inside of the bathroom door handles were also well maintained and taken care of. They take great care of their store. Even the underside of the tables were well kept. I'm sure their sandwiches are very well made as well but I just got a side of their famous ranch.”

“Great food, but so many flaws in the other areas of the restaurant. For one, they never cease to forget at least SOMETHING, almost every time I go. Not to mention the wait, or last minute shortage of certain items. That being said, the staff are very polite, and apologize every time. Even going as far as to come from the kitchen to ask what you would like as a substitute for when they run out of an item. All in all, it can hopefully just get better.”

“We order from pizza hut often. Our boys choose pizza hut over every other chain pizza place near us. This location has always had long delivery times but that is due to the extremely high volume of business they get. They not only deliver to all of base but out in town also so that is pretty impressive itself. There have been a fee times that our pizza was off but they always offered to remake and delivery asap. Yesterday, my entire family was starving and my kids acted as if they were near death and our one pizza was super messed up and the other made very poorly. So I called. I offered to go pick up and the guy said that I had to bring the pizzas in that were messed up also. Now I am extremely annoyed. We order a few times a month from them and have only complained twice. Once it was a brand new driver, she was 45 minutes late and gave us the incorrect pizza. I still was understanding. Honestly, the guy handled the entire situation extremely well. I'm sorry I gave him a hard time but I know he understood my annoyance in the situation. Anyways, Corporate needs to get them a new and larger location! I wish I could say the cleanliness was good but they do have somethings that need to be cleaned up but the building itself needs remodeled.”

“The food was really good. They didn't have real butter for the food and all they did have was honey butter/spread, so that was disappointing because I would have loved it for my hush puppies. I think the value was really great. The seafood party was awesome, but the sides were kinda boxed tasting. I'd definitely go back again though.”

“This was a great Arby's experience. Customer service was phenomenal. I was helped quickly by the manager, who forgot to turn on the machine for my Jamocha shake, so as a consolation, he upgraded the size and apologized for the wait. Other than this, everyone was friendly and cheerful. I walked in to see smiling faces and that just made the entire atmosphere light and happy. I would definitely recommend it!”

“The entire place was well cleaned and maintained. Very friendly staff who cultivate a friendly and inviting environment. All of this great, but let’s talk food. I got the jerk chicken, rice with peas, and fried plantains. I had a coconut water with the raisin rum cake, as well. It was a journey from beginning to end.
