Brixx Wood Fired Pizza - Chapel Hill

This place is a little local hidden gem. I visited while on a work trip while staying down the street at a Marriott, actually able to walk over. I had the "Rustica" pizza which was awesome! Their pizzas are wood fired and soooo good. The staff at the bar were super friendly and knowledgeable about their menu/beers and had great attitudes! Highly recommend.

Wonderful place to eat! ❤️❤️❤️ The wood fired vegetable pizza is very good. It has a thin crispy crust and it came out hot. The pita and hummus is a good plate for sharing with a friend or a group of people. It comes with the different kinds of hummus. The atmosphere here is very relaxed.

Went to trivia night. Ate pizza, drank beer. We won! Super fun place with friendly service.

The kitchen is so accommodating to my restricted diet. They bend over backwards to help me order items that I can eat, and I'm a vegetarian too. I always go for lunch, but before the big lunch crowd shows up because it can get really loud when it's full of people. The atmosphere is always upbeat and happy when I go in, and everyone seems to be having a great time. They have take out too, which is a wonderful option to dining in. Only reason I don't give it the full 5 stars is that it does get really loud in there, and they continue to serve beverages with straws. I'm not in favor of single use plastic items. But that doesn't stop me from going there. Been going there for years, and will continue to do so.
