Domino's Pizza

This location is pretty much impossible to find in the dark. I drove in circles for 20 minutes, in heavy traffic looking for the dang driveway.

When I finally found it, there was one guy walking in just ahead of me (clearly a regular), who got helped immediately by the cashier. The pizza maker began talking to the guy, while the cashier went to look for his order. They realized the pizza guy hadn’t made it yet, while mine had probably been sitting for at least 20 minutes.

The girl cashier walked away to do other things, after realizing the regular guys order hasn’t been done yet. Nobody in the store even agnolozed my precents. Everybody was caught up with the regular guys order, and pretty much just avoiding the fact that anyone else was there. I waited 20 minutes without anyone even talking to me. Finally a delivery guy comes in, and the pizza maker says to him “I think some people may need help.”

I either drove around or waited in the store more than 45 minutes. I got my food home ice cold. Extremely unhappy. Only reason I’m giving any stars is because they got the order right.

I had a terrible experience in the above written scenario. This was a over a year ago. Since that event, I actually live across the street from this location, and get carry out once every few weeks.

I haven’t had any negative experience since, (actually, maybe my experience was simply a bad night, or pervious employee?) The new manager seems to be making the place better. Actually, I got a personal phone call this week, from the new (?) manager, giving me a promotional price on online orders. I greatly appreciate the turned around hospitality.

These guys are super friendly and seem to really like their jobs. Never had any issues with food quality and my food almost always gets delivered very quickly.

I tried Domino's Pizza a long time ago and hated it. Tasted like fake sauce and cardboard crust. So I had no interest in eating it...ever. One day their pizza was served at an event and I couldn't believe my tastebuds. It was yummy! And I've been eating their $7.99 3-topping pie ever since!

So, there was an item missing and the service was amazing in correcting it. One of the managers ..Chris was not only apologetic, but super courteous and hilarious! It was one of the best experiences with reporting an issue I have ever had! No negative things to say at all!
