    I was at Staples this morning and noticed signs of a new restaurant in the space that the wonderful Red Pepper (RIP) occupied for many years. I came by for lunch and had the Pad Kra Prow (with chicken). The small salad was a surprise: tremendous detail in the presentation and a yummy ginger dressing. The Pad Kra Prow was rather mild. I told our server and he brought by the chili power and paste to spice it to taste. Wonderful. The vegetables are better than anything we get at the grocery store. There are lots of other dishes to explore here; their Pad Thai is next on my list...

    Parking used to be tight, but the Wells Fargo Bank has moved out and there are now plenty of spaces available. Prices are higher than earlier establishments, but that's true everywhere. We are so happy to have a new local restaurant here in CH.

    The long long wait is over! We went to grand opening today. Outstanding meal here. I had the Pineapple Fried Rice 🍍 and my colleague had the Thai Famous Red Curry🍛.
    The staff does an amazing job of describing anything on the menu and the ambiance is very cool. Can’t wait to come back! That’s right, the best thai cuisine in the city of oaks. ♥️
