Great customer service and food handled properly.
We stopped in for lunch today. The food was fine, service was fine. The 3 star rating is for the fact that they didn't wrap our sandwiches up like has always been done. We were eating in, but at Subway, when you unwrap your sandwich, THAT'S YOUR PLATE, right?? I'm not sure if that's a new, cost saving measure or what, but I didn't like it. I then had to eat my wrap using a napkin as a plate. Then when I didn't eat the whole thing, I had to ask for a paper to wrap it up... I will be completing their survey and voicing my opinion.
