Great staff!

Paid twice for same items. Clerk said my 7-11 gift card didn't work. I gave her the cash. At home I called 7-11 to see why card didn't work and found out the purchase amount had been deducted from my gift card. Clerk gave no receipt but a case was opened and was told someone would be calling me .This was in Oct. 2019. No one ever called me. In Jan. 2020 I received an e-mail telling me that my case had been closed. No one from 7-11 ever called even though I called 3 times to check on my case. I was given the same answer each time, someone would be getting in touch with me. I resubmitted my claim. Still waiting. Want my $9.92 back

I never have had any issues here. The service is always great. They usually have what I want in stock. The only knock on this place is the bathrooms, parking lot, store is not nearly as clean as the newer 7-Eleven that is on the way to the Wal-Mart Supercenter located on Patrick Way. I would suggest you go there instead. They have more options for drinks, food, snacks, etc. and gas pumps.

I go there pretty often. The place is ok but I suggest NOT going at night.
