Really love the change of the sweet sauce! The toppings were fresh & very generous, cheese was nicely flavored & also a generous amount, the dough wasn't greasy like normal pizza. It is a bit pricer, but you get what you pay for. Cant wait to try all the new different options they have. We will definitely be eating pizza from here a lot more often!
So far I've only had the pizza, which was significantly better than any of the other pizza places in the area, but I look forward to trying other items on the menu. It's a little more expensive than the bigger delivery places, but it's certainly worth the price in my opinion.
The staff is also great. I had an issue with my online order and they were very polite and professional in helping me out.
This is definitely going to be the go-to pizza place for my roommate and I in the future!
The pizza was average. It wasn’t great, but it wasn’t bad. The cheesesticks were not that flavorful and were pretty bland. I may get a pizza from here from time to time, but it will certainly not be a go to spot. It’s average at best.
Well, people, let's talk pizza. Elizabeth City has a number of pizza joints. Some are bottom of the barrel, and others make you want to puke. Romeo Pizza has the sauce of sweet tomatoes, mild Italian seasoning, and the to simular garlic buttered crust I may be wrong, but my taste never is. Of the taste of EC Romeo Pizza from Ohio can be graded excellent. I usually walk in and make a joke. Of which didn't make it with one employee. But the co-worker at the cashier position was excited, well manored, and professional. Just a small lesson in knowing how to dispell taking jokes personally.
But the pizza was good, my wife loved it. I will be suggesting this new shop to friends.
Lastly, Romeo Pizza is a departure from the usual fast food joints, and sometimes the boring process meat deli empires.
My hats are off to the new prince of pizza. Romeo Pizza.
It's not going to be my first choice, but it's still better than some other chains in the area. Bit pricy for a digorno-sized medium. The toppings were fresh, and the bell peppers may have been a little under-ripe. The sauce is a little sweet, and the cheese was a flavorful blend. The crust was well cooked, not too thin or crispy, and not super doughy. The garlic bread was pretty tasty.
Great location, great customer service, alright pizza.
I'll definitely continue supporting the individually owned local favorites.
