Ruby Tuesday

SLOW SLOW SLOW service. In fact every table around us also experienced the same slow service. Our waiter was super nice and ensured that we had our waters were filled. The salad bar was lacking from other Ruby Tuesdays. Also noticed that the restaurant in general could have been cleaner. We kinda stuck to the seat and table.

I could not have asked for a better experience here. Having Celiac I'm always cautious of chain restaurants especially when I'm traveling, but the general manager made it a point to come over to our table and explore their extensive website page with all of their dietary restriction options with me. The restaurant was incredibly busy at the time and a chef accidentally placed my burger on a regular bun instead of a gluten free one, He came over and explained that my meal was being remade and prepared properly. The service and attention to detail with my meal was amazing and I will definitely be returning to my local RT in the future. Thank you for making my evening feel safe and special with my family!

I came here for my birthday. The bartender was awesome. The hickory barbecue burger I had was amazing! They wished me happy birthday and even offered my a birthday sundae for desert.

Had the pleasure of eating at your establishment & meeting an extraordinary waiter named Andrew. He made our experience magnificent!!!! Kudos for hiring such awesome employee!!!! Food was delicious but service was phenomenal!❤

The food is to die for. The ribs, the chicken, the seafood! Couldn't make up my mind so I had the triple play and got all 3. Service was great. The Bartender was very knowledgeable, we had the Ruby Relaxer.
