Food was average hibachi style. Menu could use an update. I've experienced better for the price range, however, I would still recommend especially if you're have a craving for yum yum sauce in this small town.

My husband and I ate here for a special night out and were not disappointed. We ate in the dining room and ordered off the menu. The service was outstanding, all the way from the hostess who seated us to the young men who brought the dinners out. Our waiter was friendly and helpful, especially to my husband who is not really and adventurous eater. The environment was cozy and clean.

We had the two different dumplings (gyoza and shumai) as an appetizer and the shrimp tempura and pork katsu dinners. Everything arrived promptly, hot and fresh and the portions were large enough to ensure that even my healthy appetite hubby had plenty to eat with some left to take home.

We really enjoyed our dinner and the experience. The only fault I could find was that the service was perhaps a little too quick and efficient. From appetizer to soup to salad to entree, everything came out very quickly. It was have been nice to incorporate a little pause between course. We didn't get the feeling that we were being rushed through dinner, just that the service was very efficient.

I'm not from the area, so when I started craving sushi I was at a loss. On a whim, I decided to try Volcano. I was not disappointed! I'll definitely be back!

Best food ever there's never a bad experience here!! The chefs are awesome and their tricks while cooking never get old!! Staff is delightful!
