MeMa's Chick'n' & Ribs

Glorious. Must stop!! Friendly people make you feel like family and serve some of the best ribs I ever had. I had the sweet potato fries and fried okra and they were excellent. And carefully plated, real care goes into every plate.
My wife said the bathroom was so clean she'd feel comfortable eating in there!!
Kids loved it too.

We had family visiting from out of town and wanted to treat them to some local barbecue cuisine. I called MeMa's and placed a large order for 15 people. When I picked the order up everything was immaculately packed and ready for me...they even helped me take the food to my car. We had pulled chicken, ribs and roast chicken with Cole slaw, green beans, potato salad and hushpuppies. The truth is every item was delicious!! We are not big eaters but we finished it all because it was so good! I will absolutely be going back! Super nice people as well!

This restaurant was absolutely amazing. The food was delicious and the staff were so sweet. They checked on us several times and gave my daughter a piece of cake and a new head band. Wish we could have this place back at home in Huntington, WV.

If I could give this place 6 stars I would! Stopped in on our way home from Wilmington super hungry and left extremely satisfied and stuffed with delicious authentic fresh southern food. Not only was the BBQ amazing but all the sides and homemade BBQ sauce was to die for (even bought a bottle to enjoy later). The owners made a point to stop by the table and ask how everything was. They were so nice and even brought out a desert for us to try, a warm homemade doughnut with fresh strawberries and cream cheese. SO good!! Highly recommend, will be back!

Me and my friends were headed back home from the beach and saw their billboard from the road and decided to try it out. BEST DECISION EVER! Everyone is very friendly and the place is clean and homey. The food was just the icing on the cake for us, it was all fresh and delicious. I would come back here over and over again.
