The staff was awesome and had great customer service.

2 separate and opposite experiences in the past 2 days. Yesterday I was in the drive thru lane for 10 min with few other cars and when I got my food 2 of the 3 items were made wrong. But today our order was prompt and correct, although we went inside to order today.

Need more sugar free options. Donuts are good. Wheat flour or almond or gluten free. Suggestions always needed for a growing food chain. Croissants are good. Sugar free vanilla coffee. I gave it a 4star because it's not hot donuts but they are fresh.

Love Dunkin. This wasnt the best one. Something was made incorrectly for the drive thru. The workers kept discussing who made the mistake. One lady, we thought maybe the manager, working the coffee machine told the workers "to move on." In the meantime their efficiency was definitely impacted. I saw the same "manager" dump espresso in my latte before the milk then she added more after. It was not good. The line was too long to complain. Not going back.
