Food was good. Nice spot on the water. Cozy small restaurant feel. Did not take any reservations. The Crab Cake was average in my opinion but the fresh grilled fish was well seasoned and cooked right. There is an option on the menu for 3 different choices of seafood with a side for $29 which I thought was a good price. The host told us it would be a 45 minute wait but we only waited for about 20 minutes. THERE IS AN ADDITIONAL PARKING LOT 100 FEET BEFORE THE RESTAURANT ON THE SAME SIDE OF THE ROAD.

Sears landing is the best place to sit outside on the waterway, while eating the best Western Omelette I've ever eaten, and drinking coffee. At night, they serve deliciousness from the kitchen. They've got a full bar and a very nice and relaxing atmosphere. Great staff. Definitely, a recommendation for families and friends.

My friend recommended me try Sears Landing. Well as it turns out, my friend was absolutely right to recommend this place because the food and drinks were amazing. The scallops, oysters and shrimp were delicious. The service was fast, the outside dining atmosphere was delightful. It was an all around fantastic dining experience. We will be back and will recommend Sears to others.

Waitstaff was welcoming and friendly. Drinks were nice with the proper amount of alcohol. Nice laidback atmosphere for a good time with family or friends overlooking a small harbor. We went at lunch so there was no waiting. But it looks like it gets crowded during dinner so plan accordingly. Their coconut crab soup was delightfully sweet with lots of crab. It could have used just a little bit of heat, to balance out the sweetness but nothing to complain about. I recommend this restaurant to anyone. Have fun!

My family of seven adults really enjoyed our seafood dinners. We arrived at 5:30 and after a pleasant 40 minute wait on the porch, sat down to eat. We had a mix of fried dishes and grilled dishes. The fried and grilled scallops received the biggest raves, the crab cakes were well received and the side salad, collards and cheese grits were yummy. While not inexpensive we felt it was well worth the price and would happily return.
