Bojangles' Famous Chicken 'n Biscuits

I very rarely give five stars to fast food restaurants but this one has earned it. The employees are nice. The Chicken Supremes are always on point. I do wish they would toss the fries more when adding the cajun seasoning. But here's what makes them stand out - fast service. They're consistently slammed at the drive - thru during peak hours and I have spent less time in line than at places during non - peak hours. They have a person out there taking orders & keeping the line going. Really, what slows the line down are the people in line who, for whatever reason, can't seem to inch up a little bit or aren't paying attention to the line but paying attention to their phones.

The place was clean and the food taste awesome. BUT it wasn't hot. I had a chance to talk to a manager as she was doing paperwork at the table next to me. I asked about the why the chicken wasn't very hot? She explained to me that the have a 2 hr hold time. That's a long time in my opinion to still be serving the same chicken. So my advise is to request fresh made chicken and wait for it to come out hot and fresh.

I will forever and always love this place. Even though it's not available in Texas, I make sure anytime I pass one I stop in to have some sweet tea and buttermilk biscuits. I LOVE BOJANGLES!
