Cook Out

I'm not sure if the 'police on staff' was comforting or foretelling; kind of like human resource officers at schools... Nonetheless, it was 2am, the lines were backed up onto the roads & a lot of 'solicitors'. I wasn't even hungry. However, 2 days later, I happily sit at home enjoying my watermelon milkshake grateful that I went & grateful the police kept me safe (in body anyways, my ears not so much).

What more can you ask for? Cheap food in the middle of the night. While it’s always slammed busy, the line mores decently fast. The parking lot is chaos usually; recommend parking next door at the Speedway and walking over.

First time going to one that wasn't in Rocky Mount, NC. Had a pleasant experience. Can't remember what we ordered but I remember it was good. There was a gentleman that was begging. I gave my granddaughter $10 and told her to order him whatever he wanted. He refused because he only wanted cash. One of the patrons stated that he's looking for money for drugs. I had already deducted that.

This is one of my go-to spots. I love the grilled chicken breast sandwich. I’m always on the go so I don’t have a lot of time to wait for food. I know when I come here I will get a quick meal that taste great. The only thing is certain times the lines can be long but they move steady so it’s ok. Food is always hot and good to go!

Cookout was great. The service was quick, the staff professional and friendly, and the food was hot. I enjoyed my time. The restaurant stayed busy consistently throughout my time there. I ordered at the walk up menu outside and ate my food in the car. It was overall a pleasant experience.
