Going back for 3rd time! This is a Breakfast please that provides Breakfast . All of your favorites and some Lunch items if you’ve been up a little . As with all service establishments it’s the People ! This is why I go back ... would you like expect me to say they make Great Breakfast ? I did give 5 Stars ! Of course they do ... I go back for the People and the Value as you will also ! The waitstaff is lead by a an energetic enthusiastic Neal is such leader ... So in closing Go for Breakfast that’s what they do , Go back for the People!

My husband and I lived on 10th street for several years and saw businesses come and go from this spot. We were so excited to hear about Eat 23 Cafe because we are always looking for a new brunch spot! This is the closest one to our new residence (wish we still lived on 10th street. We would've been within walking distance!) I absolutely love the coffee bar and the items I tried from the menu. The Pitt County breakfast is great. My husband had the spinach omelette which was delicious, and his mom and aunt both got pancakes which were tasty. We look forward to becoming regulars! I can't wait to see this place grow and truly make the space its own.

There are not enough breakfast places in Greenville. Of the ones there are, only a couple are worth eating at repeatedly. Eat 23 is definitely good enough.

Their classic breakfast fare is great. The breakfast potatoes are small and fried. Their eggs have always been cooked exactly right. And their bacon is thick cut and crispy.

The environment could use some modifications but I don’t go out to breakfast for a view and neither should you so shut up and eat food.

Cozy little place to get breakfast/brunch/lunch. We went for breakfast, it was really good. I like the fact they have self-serve coffee, so when your empty, your not waiting on the waitress to bring you some. The Denver Omelet was really good as well as the Eggs Benedict. It will not break the bank as some breakfast places tend to do.
