    My daughter and I just left the drive thru, ordered 2 small frappuccinos, one caramel, and one mocha with no whipped cream and drizzle. Order was completely wrong, had to be done over twice and then we got 1/2 of the small frappe in each cup with no receipt.

    Some costumer service was not so great, but the food is mostly hot and the food is GREAT
