Parker's Barbecue Restaurant

Parker's is a GREAT place to eat. From their Barbecue to Baked Chicken and then Brunswick Stew & Banana pudding, everything is delicious. They also have the BEST employees as everyone is friendly.

Pulled BBQ and fried chicken wings were amazing as well as the service. Can't tell you which was better - food or service...family left very happy and very full. Amount of quality food for the price was amazing! Definitely recommend stopping here.

I rarely go inside a restaurant to eat because I am a double amputee and sometimes it's hard on me. This day I was struggling but I managed to make it inside, joining my dad for an early dinner. I noticed a little older lady was watching us the whole time we were in there. I couldn't tell if it was with disgust or wondering why I'm like this. She walks over to us after paying for her meal and asks if we enjoyed our dinner(I was expecting a rude comment to follow). Then she informs me that she paid for our meals(which was not cheap)! I guess she seen my struggle to get inside from halfway of the parking lot. And maybe felt sorry for me? Anyways I could not thank her enough and this shows there are still angels out there.

BBQ and the atmosphere at this location is excellent. I wish there were more places like this around town. I've had nothing but great experiences here and will keep coming back. The bill was appropriate. Feels like a place in Los Angeles I liked.

The Parker's BBQ restaurant on Memorial Drive "catered"a business lunch we had today. We placed about a dozen individual orders on Friday afternoon for a Monday all day training meeting / working lunch. The order was confirmed by one of the owners very soon after placing the order. Everyone got to order what they wanted and based on the number of cleaned off plates, it was evident the lunch was enjoyed by all. We've done this several times over the years, and the service is always spot on. The order is always correct when we pick it up, and the staff is always helpful in bringing it to the car. It's packed up nicely for easy transport. Prices are very fair and reasonable for the amount of food you get and it's just super easy. You can't ever go wrong with using Parker's for your events. We will will continue to use them.
