Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

The place was horrendous 2hours to get food. Pieces were over cooked. But under the massive influx of people they did the best they could. I have never seen anything like it. It would not be fair to rate today's visit.

Visited this store on Friday evening.
Store was out of chicken sandwiches, popcorn chicken and had nothing to drink but sweet tea. They were also out of lids, butter for the biscuits, and sauce for the chicken strips. I can see how this may happen due to unforeseen consequences. The lady at the counter was nice, however she seemed distracted. Had to ask for something several times. Restaurant could have been cleaner. Food was pretty good. Would perhaps give another chance

It was busy and crowded. The staff was handling the crowd. We ordered and got our order. As we checked in we noticed that a chicken sandwich was missing. My brother went to show his receipt and get his order complete. S manager immediately said *I am not trying to give away free food. Bring your bags here. I had to stop eating and let her see my bag. This went for a few minutes. For some reason she quickly changed her attitude and got the missing sandwich. Her actions were very unprofessional. By the time we had finished eating and were about to leave, she apologized for her actions and attitudes.

Fortunately I didn't and will not allow that experience to affect my love for Popeyes. Love the new sandwich.

The food is normally HOT but tonight it wasn't and I had to ask for napkins. The cashier was very nice & polite. I ordered the 2pc special ($1.49 every Tuesday )
