    I sometimes visit Arby’s because of their location which is convenient to my home. I like to use coupons there or try to get there before 5pm to take advantage of their pricing on certain items before 5pm.

    I really like Arby's. I went here to get their Chicken pecan salad. I was disappointed. The celery were in large chunks, too large. I didn't have any pecans in it. So I'm giving them 3 stars.

    This past week I was in need of Arby's. I had an issue with the food. I contacted them and explained my issue. Not only did they replace my issue, but apologize sincerely. "Allow us to make this right for you". You don't hear that type of thing these days. I am impressed.

    Always a pleasure to eat here. H.K. is one of the best waitresses. She always has a smile on her face. Her service is superb. The food is always great!!!
