Wonderful place for Italian food! I had spaghetti and meatballs, my daughter Chicken Parmesan. These were served with homemade bread and excellent customer service. Our waiter was attentive and easy to talk with. Dessert is a must! We had the cheesecake which had a wonderful crust.

My mother and father have been to this location on two occasions. The first time the hostess advised them that you must have reservations to eat at this establishment, and my parents could sit outside to eat. On the second occasion they were seated to themselves on one side of the establishment while other patrons were greeted and guided to the opposing side of the restaurant. My parents after expressing their concerns to the manager regarding their feelings for being treated unfairly due the staff mannerism and body language, were apologized to and offered a free desert of their choice. The gesture certainly was nice. Due to circumstances of substandard treatment the gesture had to be declined. Based on the tone and treatment of the staff it created a prejudice atmosphere for my ethnic parents. It is advised the food was good. The poor treatment by staff towards diverse groups could use improvement. They clearly could use a management course on cultural awareness and diversity.

We had a party of 14 to celebrate our daughter's grafuation from ECU. Upon our arrival our table was all set, waters poured & the special requests we had made all done. The server was tremendous & handled our party with ease. Very attentive, personable & professional. Good was fantastic...all 14 entrees. The ambience is lovely. "Casual Elegance." The outdoor seating is lovely! Thank you to our server & all of Nino's staff for making our evening a great celebration. Highly recommend!
