The S.P.O.T.

Portion sizes were not what we were expecting but food is still delicious. A little pricey for how much gets brought out. Free wifi. I got a beans and rice bowl that incorporates a taco off the menu, but was surprised to see that the amount of food was lacking, especially because it was double the price of the single taco. Good place to grab a small quick bite to eat.

Had a great experience at The Spot!! The spotted taco was delicious! Bean dip in the middle of a soft and crunchy tortilla. Yum! And the queso was super flavorful! Glad to have a new neighborhood hangout!

First thoughts after lunch here today!

Some will definitely find the price:portion size ratio not great. I was only moderately hungry and ended up having 3 tacos at over $15 to fill me up. That said, all the tacos were delicious and definitely didn’t skimp on the protein! There was a lot of fish, carnitas, beef etc in each taco. The Korean BBQ was my favorite out of the tacos I tried.

The “spotted” version was so so good! It was worth the up charge.

I really enjoyed the jalapeño cucumber margarita. I should have ordered it with Mezcal instead like my neighboring table did, I think that really would have made it fantastic.

I think this wouldn’t be a cheap place for lunch as I have a big appetite, but the reliable quality of everything I ordered says the price will be worth it. Looking forward to many future tacos in Saluda!
