“friendly service Pay kiosk I only got a drink so I thought the cashier could have had my cup ready since she had no other customers. She had just finished an order & was just looking at the register. I had to tell her my name and want i ordered But i don't know their kiosk system.... i believe in the "if you haven't wack in their shoes cut them some slack " I have walked in fast food industry shoes before but that was years ago as my 1st job 1979 until 1981 So things have changed”
