She had just finished an order & was just looking at the register. I had to tell her my name and want i ordered But i don't know their kiosk system.... i believe in the "if you haven't wack in their shoes cut them some slack " I have walked in fast food industry shoes before but that was years ago as my 1st job 1979 until 1981 So things have changed”

I love firehouse subs but if that manager is in there I will walk away next time. There is another manager who wasnt there today who always makes sure her customers are taken care of. “It sounds like an Irish pub to me but there's no leprechauns only a few shamrocks hanging from the ceiling. I had the months special, it was a Philly burger it comes with a 4oz. beef Patty, provolone cheese, grilled peppers, onions and mushrooms. I got mine without the peppers and mushrooms but they forgot the onions and put mayo and lettuce on it instead and it was very, very good. The waiter told us that you have to tell them exactly what you want on your burger or you will get just a bun and a patty with cheese if it's a cheese burger. There is a great toppings list to choose from and they even have sauerkraut which was interesting to me. My company ordered the Monday special which is a chicken sandwich, she got hers grilled with lettuce, tomato and mayo. She said that, that was the best grilled chicken sandwich she's ever had and that's really saying something. You also get to choose a side which comes with the sandwiches there is a pretty good sides list too. I got the homemade chips and ranch dressing, my company got the onion rings and that came with ranch dressing too. They both were very good as well. We paid $17.00 and some change and it was worth it. The waiter was good and knew the menu pretty well, he was very helpful. It was rather crowded being it was around lunch time and there wasn't but maybe 2 or 3 people working the bar and the room so we didn't see him very much after taking our order another person dropped off our food, she was nice as well. But it was a pleasant experience and I would probably go back.”

“Went in for lunch around 11 on a Monday. There were 5 in our group. Pretty typical sports bar fare. I got the 6 wings with fries lunch special. The wings were pretty good. The only complaint was that they only put about about 2 tablespoons of sauce on the them. The fries were excellent. The other guys I was with made little comment on the food, so again, I assume that what they got was okay. Service was good. If you're close by, it's worth dropping in but I wouldn't make a special trip.”
