Great Burger!! The homemade pimento cheese on this burger was fantastic!! Next time I am in Rockingham I will definitely be eating here again!

Today we live through modern times and can be told no remarks of the past but only up to what we know now. This is why you should love Hwy 55. It provides not only life for the 60-90s with just a simple visit, but also allows you to feel like you are at home. Beginning with waitresses at the door ready to welcome you in and the sound of that music that anyone back then couldn’t get out of there head. When in the store you are visited by the old-time burger joint design only to make you feel at home. Though I am not old, most people are old that visit here, because it reminds them of what it was when they were just kids. With the staff being very helpful with a great community youll always feel welcomed. With the food being the most delicious food I’ve ever tasted, I will be coming again guaranteed.

I love HWY55! It's a fun throw back to the 60's. The music from the 60's are playing in the background.
While there is a lot of previous Singers Pictures, and fun Memorabilia to look around for.
I ordered a (I forget their name for it) a Philly cheese chicken, filled with plenty of fresh vegetables. With FF topped with brown gravy.

Visited Hwy 55 with a friend from high school and found both the service and food to be quite excellent.

I ordered the 'Andy' special and it was great. Also tried the onion rings which were also top notch. The wait staff was very friendly and engaging.

If you're in the Rockingham area of North Carolina and find you need a burger, some fries, or a shake stop by. You'll be glad you did.
