    Food and coffee are great. They have a few vegan options. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable, especially Mama Kim (as she's known to everyone). She really goes out of her way for her customers. She's who we request when she's working. I've never gotten an incorrect order from her. She makes sure everything's right before bringing it to the table.

    We like to get breakfast at IHOP and this is one of our two favorite locations. The other is in North Myrtle Beach. Service is fine and the food is good and of course everyone loves the pancakes.

    Just had an awesome visit. We were worried at first because it was not busy (but server told us its typically way busier) staff was super polite and tables were clean. Server was great, and the food came out quickly and correctly. Had an awesome omelet and signature great pancakes.
