The service was quick and friendly. And the food was fresh and hot and affordable!! Would definitely come back to Arby's again! A satisfied customer ????

most days are good but they keep messing up my orders it seems n I'm,not asking for any special order just theway it comes or xtra sauce... 2day i walked out bc no1 ever came to wait on me 10mins i left

Usually love Arby's. I regularly visit the one at this location an at my old hometown of Danville VA.

I'm very dissatisfied with the service I received today. Didn't get any sauce or napkins after specifically asking for them. Was made to pull forward with no customers in the drivethru or carry out and had to wait. Food was cold and moist and the register wanted to complain about using coupons on my order.

I worked food service for 5 years and it's not hard. I understand rough days and being busy but customers are the center of your business. If you can't make an order and treat your customers right, you don't need to work food service.

Hopefully y'all can do some CSR training or something so this location doesn't have to deal with poor reviews when they are usually pretty great.

Usually 4-5 stars from me but I can't stand poor service at a job that is based around "food service".
